At Stettner Sky Visions, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our custom drone photography and videography services, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise and we are committed to working with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• A cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.

• Our team is unable to complete the service due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

• You are unsatisfied with the final deliverables due to clear failure to meet agreed-upon project terms.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., visual style), after agreed deliverables were met.

• Delays or failures caused by lack of access to the filming location or improper permissions.
